Return policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can address the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To get the item you want most efficiently, please return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to provide justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
