Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after receipt. We do not process or ship orders from Friday at 12 pm EST through Sunday or on holidays.

During peak times, shipments may experience delays of a few days. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Overnight delivery is available only for orders shipped to addresses within the continental United States.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Astriapickle.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Astriapickle.com is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply to your order. All costs incurred during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other charges).

Damages
Astriapickle.com is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items before submitting a claim.

International Shipping Policy
Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the continental U.S.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Deliveries
We strive to validate the shipping address provided during checkout to ensure it is recognized by USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will attempt to contact you for an updated address. If we cannot obtain an updated address, your order will be canceled and refunded.

Astria Pickleball will not be held responsible for packages that cannot be recovered due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you did not receive your order, but the shipping carrier indicates that it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible:

We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier, and local law enforcement may be involved. We will replace or refund your order once the investigation is complete. Please allow up to 21 days for this process.
